Awad Watches shall not be held responsible for any damages other than the actual price paid to Awad Watches for the item purchased and purchaser hereby waives any and all claims for additional losses incurred. Purchaser shall be defined as any person or entity that purchases, attempts to purchase or claims damages of any kind, which relate to, arise from, or are in connection with any item sold by or listed by Awad Watches. Awad Watches reserves the right to decline any offer, or to not sell a particular watch at any time. AUTHENTICITY:

All of our products are 100% authentic in perfect working condition. We stand behind all of the watches we sell and we guarantee your satisfaction. This is not a commitment we take lightly.

The vintage watches are gently worn & carefully selected to ensure that they are in superb condition & will make our clients happy with their purchase. A complete inspection, cleaning & servicing is performed on vintage watches prior to being sold. We do NOT deal with replica products.

SHIPPING & INSURANCE:

All products shipped within the United States are fully insured through the high value insurance program and will be express shipped immediately upon your funds clearing our Bank Account. If a package is lost, a refund will be issued once the insurance claim is approved and paid. Buyers are responsible for any taxes, tariffs, customs or duties due in the country of destination. International shipments may have insurance limits. contact us for more shipping information.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

International buyers assume all responsibility for any and all duties, taxes, tariffs or customs due. Because Rolex watches are more difficult to ship to the U.S., the buyer takes all responsibility for shipping in the event of a customs issue or return.

FLORIDA BUYERS:

Florida buyers are subject to Florida County sales tax (7%).

PRICING & PAYMENT:

Awad Watches reserves the right to make any change to pricing, specifications, and availability of inventory without prior notice. Statements made on this website are the opinion of Awad Watches.

All items are shown with prices for Wire Transfers or Cash (in-store purchases only) If you want to use PayPal or Major Credit cards additional fee will added (2.5% to 3%). All of these fees will be disclosed to you before you place your order.
