Guaranteed Satisfaction – Awad Watches want you to be happy and 100% pleased with your timepiece purchase from Awad Watches. Awad Watches have built our business around referrals from Awad Watches most satisfied customers. Items that were purchased from Awad Watches inventory and are not special order or unworn pieces* may be returned within three (3) days for a full refund, less a 15 percent restocking fee. To receive a refund on non-special order or unworn timepieces, you must call Awad Watches to discuss the situation and receive shipping authorization. If an item purchased on a credit card is returned for an authorized refund, the refund will be issued in an amount equal to the original purchase price minus the credit card processing fees that Awad Watches incurs in the process of charging and refunding the credit card.

The item has to be in its original condition and inclusive of all packaging, documents, instruments, links, straps, buckles, tags, protective stickers, boxes, and warranties as shipped by Awad Watches. Items must be returned without blemishes, dings, scratches, or any indication that the watch has been worn or sized in any manner. All returned items are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee to cover any finance charges, insurance costs, and shipping expenses. Restocking fees must be paid via Bank Wire. Restocking fees may be waived on exchanges of higher value. Any dispute relating in any way for products sold through Awad Watches shall be adjudicated in any court in Miami-Dade, Florida and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

Buyer responsible for return shipping cost and must be ship via fully insured overnight or priority international delivery. The buyer agrees to assume any risks in shipping. No refund will be made after the 3-day ends.

International Buyers assume additional risk due to restrictions on shipping Rolex watches to the U.S. from foreign countries.

*Special Orders and unworn (Brand new) timepieces all sales are final.

Duration and Scope of Limited Warranty

Awad Watches warranties any watch purchased from Awad watches for a period of one year from the date of purchase to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.

What is covered?

Watches purchased from Awad Watches are warranted against non-working functions and moisture or water damage provided Awad Watches represent the watch to be water-resistant following the final inspection.

What is Not Covered?

This warranty excludes “external damage” to the product. Awad Watches do not cover watches with damage resulting from wear to the watch case, crystal, strap, bracelet, crown, screws, stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, pushers, battery, or any other physical damage to the watch. This warranty does not cover moisture damage if the timepiece is a non-water-resistant model, if the timepiece was not pressure certified by our watchmakers, or if, in the judgment of our watchmakers, the crown or crowns were not properly secured by the owner prior to water exposure.

Exclusions and Conditions

All Awad Watches warranties are void if the watch has been tampered with, taken apart, misused, abused, neglected, repaired by anyone besides Awad Watches watchmakers without written permission, or for other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship. This limited warranty does not cover any damage if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear or if the watch has been used under conditions that exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty or any implied warranties.
